Training week ending 3rd July

A good couple of weeks training have just flown by, averaging 18 miles a week in walks plus two Kettlebell sessions at the gym.

Sunday 3rd Sam and I ridge walked The Malvern Hills, slightly pushed for time we managed just short of 11 miles with a walking time of 3 hours 50 minutes, emphasis this time was to push up through the hills at speed and have to say we both managed really well.

Weather was pretty hot but a perfect day for the Paragliders. Again going to struggle to get to do any hill walks in over the next two weeks but will continue the fitness training and up the intensity.
