Training week ending 2nd May (Bank Holiday Monday)

Needed a good week to recover from last Sunday's walk, coupled with a cold, the legs would not get back to normal, but by the Bank Holiday Monday were sorted and as good as new..

Monday 2nd we met up with some of the party we will be doing The 3 Peaks Challenge with and we set off for a ridge walk of The Malvern Hills, was a lovely day but exceptionally windy.

Was a good session slightly shorter than the week before, but more importantly gave us a feeling of our strengths and weaknesses as a group.

Next we plan to do an evening walk starting around 5pm and finishing around 11pm, this will help with the night climb of Scafell Pike.
