Nice couple of weeks of steady training, have continued by walk to work and have added a Kettlebell session to our gym training.
Kettlebell swings put huge emphasis on core stability and legs, first session was last Friday and I still wasn't walking properly the following Tuesday, it's only a short 25 minute session but the intensity is unbelievable.
On Tuesday evening I went to see a Physio as after around 4 hours of walking my legs have started to seize up, must say it was painful but after a few days now starting to see the benefit.
We have a busy few weeks at home so unlikely to find the time for a long walk so will have to continue with walking to work and gym sessions.
